Fulfillment Policy

When ordering from Unforgettable Custom Bakery you can be sure that you will receive the best quality product for your event. If there is ever a time that you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do everything in our power to make it right before your event begins. If there is absolutely nothing that can be done by us then a refund will be discussed. If the uneaten product is returned then a full refund will be issued. If the product was consumed then a 50% refund will be issued. If the order is cancelled by the customer with more than 72 hours notice then a refund of 50% will be issued (or the payment can be used as a credit on a future order). If the order is cancelled by the customer with less than 72 hours notice there will be no refund, but the payment can be used as a credit towards a future order. If the order is ever cancelled by the Bakery then a refund of 100% will be issued (or the payment can be used as a credit on a future order).
